Terms of service

These terms apply when you use the website, client portal and services of The AI King ("we", "us", "our"). If you become a client, your signed service agreement also applies, and it wins if it conflicts with these terms.

1. Our service

We provide AI voice receptionists and voice agents that answer calls, give quotes and estimates using the rules you give us, book appointments, follow up leads and, if you choose, call your lists. We also provide an online portal where you can see your calls, leads, bookings and credit.

2. Plans, fees and call credit

Our plans, setup fees, monthly fees and included call-usage credit are described on our website and in your agreement. Calls are charged per minute from your call-usage credit. Your per-minute rate is shown in your agreement and portal. You can top up credit at any time. Payments are processed by PayPal (PayPal account or card).

Plan fees are shown on our website and in your agreement. The billing currency is shown at checkout and on your invoice. Any local taxes in your country are your responsibility.

Monthly fees are charged automatically each month for the term of your agreement. If a payment fails and is not fixed within 7 days, or your credit runs out, we may pause calls until it is fixed.

3. AI disclosure and call recording

Our agents are artificial intelligence, not people. Callers are told at the start of each call that they are speaking with an AI assistant and that the call may be recorded. You must not ask us to remove these notices, and you must give your customers any other notices the law requires where you operate.

If you use our service to make outbound calls, texts or emails, you must have the right to contact each person, and you are responsible for complying with the telemarketing, do-not-call, consent and anti-spam laws that apply to you and to the people you contact.

6. Availability

We aim to keep the service running 24/7 but rely on telephony, hosting and AI providers, so we cannot promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. We will tell you about planned changes that materially affect you.

7. Intellectual property

We own our software, prompts and platform. You own your business information, call recordings and lead data, and you give us permission to use them to provide and improve the service for you.

8. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes any right you have under consumer protection laws that cannot lawfully be excluded.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss (such as lost profits or missed jobs), and our total liability to you is limited to the fees you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

9. Ending the service early

Plans run for a 24-month term. You may end your agreement before the end of the term by giving us written notice (email to [email protected] is fine) and paying a one-off early exit fee of $500. Monthly fees stop after the current billing period. Unused setup and call-usage credit is non-refundable, except where the law requires otherwise. If we end the agreement because of our breach, you pay nothing more. We may suspend or end the service if you seriously breach these terms or the law.

Our privacy policy explains how we handle personal information.

11. General

These terms are governed by the laws of the place where The AI King is established, and disputes will be resolved in the courts of that place, unless the law where you are located says otherwise.

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always on this page.
