Your AI built and set up for you, inbound and outbound calls, your Change & Support Line and ongoing support. Calls, your phone number (a small monthly fee (A$16/month for an Australian number)) and optional texts (A$0.08 each) come out of your call credit. If credit runs out, calls pause until you top up.

Will callers know it's an AI?
Yes. It says it's an AI assistant at the start of every call and that the call may be recorded, in line with local privacy and call-recording laws.
Do I need to change my number?
No. Keep your number and forward calls to AI King, for every call, after hours or when you're busy.
What if a caller needs a real person?
Urgent calls go straight to your mobile. Everything else is captured with the caller's details, so you can call back, or have AI King call them back at the tap of a button.
How do I make changes?
Ring your Change & Support Line, say your PIN and tell it what's new: hours, prices, services or holidays. It reads the change back and it's live straight away.
How does the call credit work?
Calls are charged per minute (currently $0.87/min) from your call credit, and so is your phone number fee. It never pays the monthly fee. Top up any time in your portal; your balance never goes below $0.
Does calling my customers follow the rules?
Yes. Calls only go to your own customers or people who've agreed to hear from you, and you confirm your list has been checked against any do-not-call register that applies. Calls happen only within permitted hours, name your business every time, and opt-outs are honoured straight away.
